Our property is separated into different sections; A, B, and The Tower. A&B are the single and double rooms, The Tower is the studio and honeymoon suite.

SIDE A & B POLICIES

Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am

The parlor is on side A of the property.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. Violators will be billed $250 to help cover the cost of odor removal and steam cleaning.

NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. (Not even is they are accompanied by an adult.)

NO VISITORS. This is a shared space, please respect the other guests and don't bring outside visitors into the facility.

NO PARTIES. $800 fine for anyone who violates this rule. A party is defined as multiple unapproved guests/visitors at the property.

NO PETS. (Service animals welcome, please let us know in advance so there isn't any confusion.)

Double rooms can accommodate 2 guests, single rooms can accommodate 1; do not exceed occupancy.

The rooms are assigned randomly, you may be assigned to one with no window.

Early check ins are subject to availability. Late check outs are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10PM-6AM. Please keep noise levels down after 10PM. No speakers or live music allowed.

Do not share door/lockbox codes with anyone.

No film or photoshoots allowed with prior approval.

We do not offer daily housekeeping. 

The Rosemary is not responsible for any lost items. Triple check that you are not leaving anything behind before you check out. We will not ship any items left behind.

There are no refunds for no show reservations. We will not break our cancellation policy.

We don't offer luggage storage.

THE TOWER POLICIES

*ALL OF SIDE A&B POLICIES APPLY HERE AS WELL IN ADDITION TO THOSE LISTED BELOW*

You only have access to the tower if you booked one of the 2 tower rooms specifically.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared between the 2 rooms. Please be respectful of the guests and their belongings or food items in the fridge.

There is a winding staircase that you will need to get to honeymoon suite, bathroom, and kitchen. There is no elevator.

We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the rooms, however you may smoke on the outside balcony of the honeymoon suite.

This is the only one of the room options that has a laundry machine, which is free of charge to use. Please do not leave any laundry unattended or over night.

Tower guests are more than welcome to go hang out in the lounge area or parlor of side A & B during the day, however both side A & B doors will be locked at night out of respect for sleeping guests.
